Powerful images from her past emerge when people
ask her what's worrying her. She doesn't feel like
going home anymore to prepare, as she just recently
started to live alone when her daughter Kara moved
out a few days ago.

When she arrives to the theater for her first rehearsal,
she finds the entire cast has been waiting for her for
about an hour. After an argument with the director
Eugenio, she storms out feeling she has been wrongly
accused of being late. On her way back downtown, she
finally goes home where she recluses herself for
self-introspection.

Later, with her daughter Kara at her side, she speaks
out for the first time in her life about the tragedy that
she was a victim of as a teenager, and the enormous
effort it will require for her to rejuvenate herself.
